A cup of Tulsi(Basil) Turmeric and Black Pepper tea to protect your respiratory system.
How to make a cup
Raw Turmeric root – 1 inch
Turmeric powder– 1/2 Tea spoon
Black pepper – 6 (lightly crushed)
Tulsi (Basil) Leaves – 8 ( You can substitute tulsi leaves with organic tulsi tea bags.)
Add them to 2 cups of water. Keep boiling it until reduced to 1 cup. strain it and sip warm.
